The Global Luxury Forum is a conference on luxury with a focus on the emerging luxury markets that provide growth opportunities for luxury brands; and the luxury awards dinner, which recognises the main contributors to the development of luxury. The event will take place on 8th December 2008 at the Ritz Carlton, Moscow.
Global Luxury Forum 2008 will build upon the success of Global Luxury Forum 2007 (London, April), and of the IHT's Supreme Luxury, produced and PR-ed by Eventica in Moscow the same year. Global Luxury Forum 2008 content however will reflect real changes in the 21st luxury marketplace, focusing on the new industry voices in a sharing of experience from those who have done it right.
Still relevant to all those in the established luxury industry seeking to forge contacts in these markets of growing consumer activity, the event will highlight areas in which competition is growing, where it is coming from and how to move these businesses forward. Focus will fall strongly on Russia and the other emerging/new-to-luxury markets in this context.
The 1st day conference will be followed by the Global Luxury Awards, a celebration of the successes of industry players in 2008 with a lavish dinner and entertainment, for key industry players and their clients and guests, including Moscow's social elite. An additional day of Luxury Odyssey will also be offered for those not familiar with the Russian market and mentality, incorporating an experiential hands-on taste of the luxury Russia already has to offer, both heritage and new.
